 PROGRESSIVE BOXING 
Our original 55 min class combines real boxing and body weight exercises. (Tabata/metabolic exercise)  and heavy bag work with high intensity workout led by our professional trainers. An enviroment that focuses on proper technique and getting you into the best shape in your life. Experience muscle tone, lower your stress,  cardio endurance,  core strength, and learning real boxing. Lower your fat percentage  and gain confidence.

BURN AND LEARN is our motto. 500-1000 calories per class

Pro Box Class
Our Pro box class is an intense workout focusing on all aspects of Boxing without the burpees! No body weight exercises just straight boxing. The class includes more rounds, focus pad work, and learning. Burn 500-100 calories

Cross Box
Our Cross box class is a great way to get tone, strength, and create a strong body and mind. A strength and conditioning that includes, tabata, metabolic exercise, weight training and some boxing. Super intense  and great challenging atmosphere!  



Kid's Boxing 
 
Our kid's Class is every  Thursday 4;50- 5:30 and Saturday from 11:15am -12:00.  The class teaches boxing but also having fun learning.  It is a great class for confidence and getting  exercise. Ages 7-13
Personal Training and small group classes are available for extra cost
